Answers : (3) Hi Shivam, (CH3)3N has sp3 hybridization on nitrogen withpyramidal shape due to p∏-p∏ bonding...whereas in (SiH3)3N Si has vacant d orbitals which provides p∏-d∏ bonding and so nitrogen has sp2 hybridization with trigonal planar shape..!
