primary protien= it mainly consists of the number and sequence of amino acids in protien chain. example=insulin has 51 aminoacids linked together.
secondary protien= the protiens in which polypeptide chains coil back upon themselves to give the protien helical characteristics is seconday protien. They alpha helix structure in secondary protien is held by hydrogen bonds.
