hey dear here is your answer;

⭕ Neil bohr classified the element in the form of modern periodic table after the suggesting by Henry moseley.
according to modern periodic table when the element are arrange in increasing order of their atomic number in the form of periods and Groups then the property of element are similar at regular intervals.
✔there are 18 group and 7 period in the modern periodic table.

✔ groups are vertical column and periods are horizontal column or rows.

✔ first period contain 2 elements so it is very short.

✔ 2nd period and 3rd period contain 8 element therefore it is called short period.

✔ 4th and 5th period contain 18 elements so they are called in long period.

✔ 6th and 7th period contain 32 elements so they are called very long period.

#⭕ the group can be decided by valence electron for example= 1 valence electron of an element fall in first group.

#⭕ number of valence shell decided by the periods for example= element containing one cell for first period to sell 4 second period 3 cell phone period so on.

☺ Hope this helps you deaR ✌.
