Explanation:
(a) The 3 significant features of the Great Bath are:-
- It was a part of large citadel where important people took bath on important occasions.
- It had stairs on both the sides and there were rooms on all the sides around the Great Bath.
- It had a well where people collected water and put it in the Great Bath and the water was probably drained after its use.
(b) The social classification of Harappans as pointed out by the citadel are:-
- The citadel had Great Bath, Granaries, Workshops and Assembly Halls built in the part of this city.
- It points towards an elaborate and efficient planning which means that the Harappan civilisation was an urban civilisation.
(c) The religion of the Harappans as depicted by the Seals :-
- From the seals which have been discovered , it has been concluded that religion during the Harappan times bore traces of later Hinduism as images of pashupati, goddess and sacred trees and animals have been discovered.
