according to question

first condition:

(x-2)(y+1)=xy

xy+x-2y-2=xy

x-2y=2--------------equation 1

second condition:

(x+3)(y-1)=xy

-x+3y=3-------------equation 2

adding equation 1 and 2

x-2y +(-x+3y) = 2+3

x-2y-x+3y=5

y=5

putting value of y in equation 1
