no not always sometimes tv teaches value basic human values you know what, children see what we let them to,by their very childhood they don't know how to use the remote it is us who start the cartoon and give them the remote as my mom from starting used to show me discovery channel and i still watch that.. and i love facts as u can see i am @brainly...
