abiotic components are components that affect the life of biotic components like air, water, temperature, humidity, rainfall etc
biotic components are living components that depends on abiotic components for their survival.

A biological community which contains both biotic and abiotic factors, interacting with each other for their survival.  

In an ecosystem, both biotic as well as abiotic factors depends upon each other.

Biotic factors of an ecosystem include:

- Plants  

- Animals  

- Insects  

- Microorganisms  

Whereas abiotic factors are:

- Air  

- Water  

- Soil  

- Wind  

- Light ..etc
