frictional force- the force of friction acting between two contact surfaces and which bring about changes in state of rest or motion is called frictional force!
advantages- friction helps us maintain our stability and prevents us from slipping. Friction also works the same way with cars and vehicles in general, preventing them from skidding and helping them stop when the brakes are applied.
disadvantage- Friction causes moving objects to stop or slow down. Friction produces heat causing wastage of energy in machines. Friction causes wear and tear of moving parts of macinery, soles of shoes, etc.
