salivary glands releases ptyalin or salivary amylase enzyme which digested the carbohydrates to maltose.


gastric gland produces pepsin enzyme which digests protein into peptones.


liver releases bile which digests fats to small globules fat.


pancreas releases amylase, trypsin, lipase which digests carbohydrates, proteins,fats respectively into maltose,peptones and glycerols.

intestine glands releases peptidase and sucrase which digests peptides into amino acids, sucrase into glucose.
