See, there are no arrows here, so u have to see the nearby elevations in height.

If u see carefully, along the river some points such as 248,243 are marked

These are actually heights above ground..

So, you can see, at the south side Heights are more (399,248 etc

At North, they are less (243 etc.

So, as river flows from high height to low, So the flow must be from SOUTH TO NORTH

Or U may say it's from South to Northwest bcoz the river is bending there
