First we need to find the equivalent resistance
as.both the resistors are in series
Rs=3+4=7 ohms
Now find the current in the circuit,
I=V/R=3/7=0.42A
We know that ,
the current through each resistor is the same in series combination
I=0.42
R1=3
V1=0.42×3=1.26V
I=O.42
R2=4
V2=4×0.42=1.68V
I hope this helps ( ╹▽╹ )
