Preparing mango pickle

At first, raw green mangoes are bought from the market . After buying the mangoes wash them and then peel ten. once peeling is done cut the mangoes into small sized pieces and mix salt into it. Put mustard oil and red chilli powder and mix them properly.After proper mixing , leave the mangoes under sun . Store the prepared pickle properly in a dry glass jar .
