Explanation:
The graph shows what happens when a mixture of Ice and water is heated continuously. The temperature of the mixture remains constant at zero degree celsius till all the ice melts .On future on further heating, the temperature rises from zero degree celsius to hundred degree Celsius ,At hundred degree Celsius water starts converting into steam.Further heating does not change the temperature and the conversion of water into steam continuously as shown in the figure.
