From the given picture it is clear that there is a contrast shown as there is a person who is busy shaving his beard and he doesn't even bother that he has left the tap open and water is continuously running out of it.

While on the other side we can see clearly that there are some people who have mud pots or utensils with them and filling water in the utensils.There is a long chain of people waiting to fill water.Some of people those who have filled their pots are reaching there homes.The reason behind this would be that unfortunately there must be some water issue.And they think that they should store water with them for future needs..

We also come to get to know that the mam shaving his beard is just wasting water and on the other side there are people who are storing water for their needs.....
