(△CFD)
=》[ (1/2 × 2 × 15) + {(5-2) ×15} + { 1/2 ×
(6-5) × 15}] m
=》(15 + 45 +7.5) m
=》67.5m
displacement = Area of ABCD
= area of{ ( △ABE ) + ( □BEFC ) +
(△CFD) }
= 67.5 m
*please note= the displacement and the distance
are equal as the graph given
above can only be drawn for
object going in a straight line.
