What are the various instances of transformation of energy you see around you and discuss them in class?

Instances of transformation of energy that you can observe around you are very common and happen all the time.

Here I can discuss only some of them because if I try to discuss all of them it would take a lot of time to do so.

See the fan above you. Here electrical energy supplied to it is being converted into kinetic energy of the fan blades which rotates the fan.

When you see into the phone the chemical energy of the phone battery changes into first electrical energy which runs the phone and then this electrical energy changes into light energy which helps you see what you see in the phone screen.(not in class)

When you charge this same phone the electrical energy of the mains changes into the chemical energy of the battery of the phone.(not in class)

When you see the tubelight the electrical energy of the mains changes into the light energy of the tubelight.

In our school there are small speakers fitted on the wall. Here the electrical energy changes into the sound energy.

In microphones during school assemblies the sound energy of us changes into the electrical energy in the wires connected to the loudspeakers.

When the teacher speaks. His muscular energy(chemical energy of the food he eats) changes into sound energy of his voice.

When the students walk around , the chemical energy of their bodies changes into kinetic energy of their bodies and when they climb stairs some part of the chemical energy changes into potential energy also which increases their height above the ground.

In tubelight some part of the electrical energy also changes into heat energy which is dissipated into the surroundings. This energy can be felt when we move our hand near a incandescent bulb.

In cold times when the students rub their palms together they feel warmth since the chemical energy of their bodies changes into kinetic energy of their moving palms and then into heat energy.

and so on…..
