Studying literature is interesting. Of course, literature acts as a mirror to the society. In most of the stories, writers right the story according to the society and it shows how the society was. For example, Charles Dickens wrote Oliver Twist as a story which showed poverty due to industrialization in England at that time. Hence, literature acts as a mirror to the society.
