7th standard means a senior category now so you must have your studies first and give nothing else more importance like wasting time doing unwanted things.
whatever you study you must understand and only study.should not mug up in case of anything like science and maths.
you must work out many problems in maths everyday for better results in maths.try atleast 3-5 sums a day think it wont take more than an hour for it.
give good hardwork on eveything and study atleast 2-3 hours a day because it will give a good result before your exam because you can revise the concept youve aldready learnt!!!
whatever you learn make it in a fun way to remember it forever and not forsake of exams
