Answer:

.The statue of happy prince was mounted on a tall column high above the city. It had thin leaves of fine gold gilded all over. Two bright sapphires were its eyes and a large red ruby glowed on its sword hilt.

.During his life on earth, the prince was called the Happy Prince because he was always happy. ... The prince tells the swallow that his own courtiers used to call him the Happy Prince, only because he was always found to be cheerful and untroubled.

.The Little Swallow flies to find his family. But the night is stormy, and he is forced to take shelter at the foot of a golden statue.

.The Mayor and Town councillors pulled down the statue as it looked shabby. They melted the statue but failed to melt the leaden heart. One day God asked one of his angels to bring two most precious things from the earth. The Angel brought the leaden heart of the Happy Prince and the dead swallow.

.The leaden heart of the Happy Prince and the dead swallow are the two most precious things mentioned in the story. They are precious because the Happy Prince was kind and served the poor and the needy by providing them with the last resource of his statue to bring back a little happiness in their lives.
