SUB: Request for cancellation of my Transfer Order With reference to the above subject, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been issued an office order for transfer to Vanapuram Branch (5637), Tiruvannamalan. I was posted to Collectorate Road Branch on 01.06.2018 as Senior Associate under career progression scheme. I have completed only two years of service in this branch as on date and I find it difficult to understand the rationale behind my transfer. As per circular HR/IR/RP/2020-21/142 dt.29.05.2020, employees (award staffs) who have completed 5 years of service and opting to take up career progression scheme may be transferred to another branch I have neither completed 5 years of service in the present branch nor coming under Career Progression Scheme, I have two little kids and an elderly diabetic Mother-in-law to care of. During this pandemic (COVID 19). we are all at high risk, attending office to deliver our duties to enable smooth functioning of our branches It is quite shocking and disheartening to receive a transfer order at this point of time, which puts me and my family members under huge risk as I have to commute by bus in case of transfer to Vanapuram branch I write this to you, to place my humble request, to kindly consider my situation and help me in continuing to deliver my duty in good spirit in the same branch and to take care of my family members during this critical point of time​
