I bought automatic VIP washing machine from your showroom on December 5, 2018, sale no. 9373. I regret to inform you that it is not cleaning clothes properly. In spite of rewashing the clothes in the machine, the spots and dirt remain stuck to the clothes.
I have been a regular customer of your products since 2007. You can look up my purchase record in your system. My customer identity is given on the invoice copy I am attaching with this letter. I appeal to you to have the fault repaired or the defective machine replaced. Looking forward to prompt response.
