Democratic system - It is the system in which people elect the particular person of particular party or organization. But in late 18 century the rich person can only elect after French Revolution. In democracy the election should be conduct and the people has more power than main leader.

Non Democratic system - It can also be called monarchy. In this people are ruler by kings and queens and kings and queens make decisions by themselves. Before the French Revolution there is non Democratic system in France and people removed Napoleon Bonaparte. In this the son or daughter of kings and queens ruled after their father or mother are retired.
