For all other jumps frog will 3 - 1 = 2m

( n -1 ) * 2 ≥ 12 - 3 ( as there will be last jump also)
=> (n - 1) * 2 ≥ 9
=> 2n - 2 ≥ 9
=> 2n ≥ 11
=> n ≥ 11/2
