You firstly need to make decimal cards as shown in the picture by only using the crayons and then place them seperately on a table. Then you need to pick two cards at a time that add upto 1. Eg: 0.1 & 0.9 ( 0.1 + 0.9 = 1.0) but if you pick 0.1 & 0.8 (0.1 + 0.8 = 0.9) it's doesn't satisfies the requirement of this question. You need to continue doing this until all cards are pared to add upto 1.
