ANSWER--

(i)  A balloon if fully inflated and then placed close to a hot place is likely to blow. This would result from the increased air pressure inside the balloon. Increase in temperature leads to an increase in the energy of the air molecules which move at a higher speed and more collisions.

It would be an irreversible change.

(ii) The water, liquid form will be converted into solid form, ice.

It is a reversible change because if we melt the ice it would be back in its liquid form

(iii) When metal ball is heated, it expands.

It is a reversible change because when we let the ball to get cool it comes back in its original shape and size

(iv) When we light a candle both Physical and chemical change happens. The wax which gets melt is a reversible change also known as Physical change and the burning of the wix, when carbon-dioxide is released it is known as irreversible change or Chemical change

I hope it helps
