Sublimation of Ammonium Chloride is a physical change . Why?

Explanation:

Sublimation is the process of change of state from solid directly into vapour. As there is no change in the composition of the compound just a change of state, sublimation process is a physical change. Ammonium chloride decomposes into ammonia and hydrochloric acid at its sublimation temperature
