Sublimation of camphor is an endothermic reaction because it absorb heat from the burner.
sublimation of camphor is an exothermic reaction because it keep of Heat heat is liberated in a chemical reaction.

exothermic reactions give off heat because heat is liberated by the chemical reaction, endothermic reactions absorb heat. You could call sublimation endothermic because the materials tend to absorb heat while the phase changes .. it is not a reaction..
