Answer: 15y² -14  - 23xy

Step-by-step explanation:

1st polynomial : 15xy - 7y² + 4x2

= 15xy - 7y² + 8

2nd polynomial : 8y² - 3x2 - 8xy

= 8y² - 6 - 8xy

We have to subtract the FIRST polynomial from the SECOND.

So,

= 8y² - 6 - 8xy - ( 15xy - 7y² + 8

= 8y² - 6 - 8xy - 15xy + 7y² - 8   (sign change when you open the bracket )

= 15y² -14  - 23xy

Hope it helps u :)
