62/3-(-3+14/7)
62/3-11/7
l.c.m=21
so,62*7=434
11*3=33
434-33/21
401/21

so, as per you question,
sum of -3/7 and 2
so -3/7+2
=11/7
now 2nd part is substract the 62/3
11/7-62/3
=-401/21
=-19.09
