Hi, I am doing research, and I am confused about what is the most suitable sampling method that fit to my study, what i did during collecting data is like this :
1- my study conducted in hotels sector particularly four- and five-star hotels (there are 53 four- and five-star hotels in my study).
2-the respondents in my study only the head of departments and i found that each hotel has 11 main department including Food & Beverage, Room Services, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Security, IT, Public Relations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service. The population frame of my study consisted of all the head of the departments.
