y +  \frac{7}{3}  = 1 + 3y -  \frac{2}{5}

y =  \frac{ - 13}{2}

 \frac{ - 13}{2}  +  \frac{7}{3}  =  \frac{1}{1}   -  \frac{26}{2}  -  \frac{2}{5}

 \frac{ - 26 + 14}{6}  =   \frac{10 - 52 }{10}

 \frac{ - 8}{6}  =    \frac{10 - 130 - 4}{10}

 \frac{ - 8}{6}  =   \frac{ - 124}{6}
