step 1: (3x-2+7)+(5x-3y+8)

=3x-2+7+5x-3y+8

=3x+5x-2+7+8-3y

=8x+13-3y

now we will subtract:

(8x+13-3y)-(4x+y+2)

=8x+13-3y-4x-y-2

=8x-4x-3y-y+13-2

=4x-4y+11

so here is ur answer.
