=(2a+3b) + (3a-2b-3c)

= 2a +3b +3a-2b-3c

= 5a+1b-3c

Now subtracting both expressions:

= (5a +1b-3c) - (3a-5b +5c)

= 5a + 1b - 3c - 3a +5b - 5c

= 2a+6b - 8c

Hope it helps you.
