4(-a + b+ C) - 3a(a+ b +c)

-4a + 4b + 4c - 3a² -3ab - 3ac

or

-a(3a + 4) - b(3a - 4) - c(3a - 4)

-a(3a + 4) - (b + c) (3a - 4)
