so firstly the sum of y-5y2+1 and 3y+4y2-5

equation formed =

y-5y2+1+3y+4y2-5

y+3y - 5y2+4y2 + 1-5

4y -y2 -4

so now we will subtract....

4y-y2-4 - 3y2-5y-4

4y-5y - y2-3y2 - 4-4

-y -4y2 -8

this is your answer -y-4y2-8
