Formula:-

 -  \times  -  =  +

 +  \times  +  =  +

 +  \times  -  =  -

 -  \times  +  =  -

{\huge{\mathfrak{\underbrace{\green{Answer-}}}}}

(4a+6ab+2b-12) from (5a+6ab-3b+24)

  = (5a+6ab-3b+24) - (4a+6ab+2b-12)

 = 5a+6ab-3b+24- 4a - 6ab - 2b + 12

 = 5a - 4a + 6ab - 6ab - 3b - 2b + 24 +  12

 = a - 5b + 36
