The expression will be:

-2x - 6x

(NOTE: Which ever term comes after the word "from" in a word expression, then that term will be written first in the numerical expression.

Example: subtract 2 form -4

Over here, -4 comes after the word "from" so, -4 will be written first, like this:-

-4 - 2 = -6)
