Answer:

Given,

Subtract "16m - 102mn + m²n²" from "-m²n² - 34mn + 56m".

To Find :-

Subtract it.

Solution :-

Subtract "16m - 102mn + m²n²" from "-m²n² - 34mn + 56m".

i.e

-m²n² - 34mn + 56m - [16m - 102mn + m²n²]

= -m²n² - 34mn + 56m - 16m + 102mn - m²n²

Arranging according Order wise of degrees:-

= -m²n² - m²n² - 34mn + 102mn + 56m - 16m

Adding (or) Subtracting Like terms :-

= -2m²n² + 68mn + 40m

(or)

= 2(-m²n² + 34mn + 20m)

Know More :-

Some of the Algebraic Identities :-

1) (a + b)² = a² + 2ab + b²

2) (a - b)² = a² - 2ab + b²

3) (a + b)(a - b) = a² - b²

4) a³ + b³ + c³ = 3abc

[if a+b+c = 0]

5) (x + a)(x + b) = x² + (a + b)x + ab
