QUESTION :- Subtract \frac{-3}{4} from \frac{-9}{10} .

ANSWER :-

ATQ → We have to subtract \frac{-3}{4} from \frac{-9}{10} .

 \frac{ - 9}{10}  - ( \frac{ - 3}{4} )

 =  \frac{ -9 }{10}  +  \frac{3}{4}

Now we have to make the denominators equal.

LCM of 4 and 10 is 40.

 =  \frac{ - 9}{10}  \times  \frac{4}{4} +  \frac{3}{4}   \times  \frac{10}{10}

 =  \frac{ - 36}{40}  +  \frac{30}{40}

 =  \frac{ - 6}{40}

Upon cancelation of the term that is left now,

We get,

 =  \frac{ - 3}{20}

Hence the answer of the given question is \frac{-3}{20} .
