3/4-1/6
by cross multiplication
=3×6-4×1÷24
=18-4÷24
=14÷24
=7/12 is the answer.
or
3/4-1/6
taking L.C.M
=3×6/4×6-1×4/6×4
=18/24-4/24
=18-4/24
=7/12 is the answer
Hope you got it.

brainyman21: sooo difficult
Lucksmi: how u got it or I want to explain more?
Lucksmi: c think it easily v can do this in two methods 1) by taking L.C.M 2) cross multiplication. we can do 1 method that the L.C.M is 6×4 = 24 then we have to multiply the number which have in numerator that 3×6=18, 1×4=4 then 18-4 /24 = 14/24 simplifying 7/12 hope you got it now
Lucksmi: got it? If any doubts u can clear it now.
Lucksmi: I think u r not the one who asked the question right Mr. Sujeetkumarray.
Lucksmi: brainyman21 did u get the answer?
Lucksmi: if u don't get it u r free to ask
