 \frac{ - 4}{13}  -  \frac{ - 6}{7}  \\  =  \frac{ - 4}{13}  +  \frac{6}{7}  \\  =  \frac{6 \times 13 - 4 \times 7}{13 \times 7}  =  \frac{78 - 28}{91}  =  \frac{50}{91}
