subtract the sum of 2x2 + 5xy - y2 and -3x2 - xy + 2y2 from x2 + 4xy + y2​

Answer:

sum= 2x^2+5xy-y^2+(-3x^2-xy+2y^2)

=2x^2+5xy-y^2-3x^2-xy+2y^2

=-x^2+4xy+y^2

subtract= x^2+4xy+y^2-(-x^2+4xy+y^2)

= x^2+4xy+y^2+x^2-4xy-y^2

= 2x^2
