HEY MATE !!!

 (\frac{4}{15}  + \frac{2}{ - 5}  ) - ( \frac{ - 3}{10}  +  \frac{5}{8} )

( \frac{4}{15}   -  \frac{2}{5} ) - (  \frac{ - 3}{10}  +  \frac{5}{8} )

Taking LCM in both the brackets

( \frac{4}{15}  -  \frac{6}{15} ) - ( \frac{ - 12}{40}  +  \frac{25}{40} )

( \frac{4 - 6}{15} ) - (  \frac{ - 12 + 25}{40} )

( \frac{ - 2}{15} ) - ( \frac{13}{40} )

 \frac{ - 2}{15}  -  \frac{13}{40}

taking LCM

  \frac{ - 16}{120}  -  \frac{39}{120}

 \frac{ - 55}{120}  =  \frac{ - 11}{24}

HOPE YOU'VE FOUND IT IMFORMATIVE!!!
