 =  (\frac{ - 15 + 14}{21} ) - ( \frac{30 - 11}{12} )

 = \frac{ - 1 \times 4}{21 \times 4}  -  \frac{19 \times 7}{12 \times 7}

   = \frac{ - 4}{84}  -  \frac{133}{84}

   = \frac{ - 4 - 133}{84}

 = \frac{ - 137}{84}
