Sum of -5/7 and -8/3 = -5/7 + (-8/3)

= -5/7 - 8/3

= -15-56/21

= -71/21

Sum of 5/2 and -11/12 = 5/2 + (-11/12)

= 5/2 -11/12

= 30-11/12

= 19/12

subtract the sum of -5/7 and -8/3 from 5/2 and -11/12 = -71/21 -19/12

= -284-133/84

= -417/84

= -4.964
