Step-by-step explanation:

Sum of 7 / 10 and 2/15

 \frac{7}{10}  +  \frac{2}{15}

 \frac{21 + 4}{30}

 \frac{25}{30}

 \frac{5}{6}

Subtracting now

 \frac{8}{9}  -  \frac{5}{6}

 \frac{16 - 15}{18}

 \frac{1}{18}

You asked in your another question that simplest form of 24/72 .....

So I have...

It will be cut by 12

12 × 2 = 24

12 × 6 = 72

2/6

2 × 1 = 2

2 × 3 = 6

So answer will be 1/3

Hope it helps you...
