Answer:

firstly we convert it into simple form and then subtract

=7y²-7y-147+3y²-6

=7y²+3y²-7y-147-6

=10y²-7y-153

that is first step

now we find the product

(y+7)

(y-2)

y²+7y

-2y-14

y²+5y-14

so that is the product

now we go to our final step

=10y²-7y-153-(y²+5y-14)

=10y²-7y-153-y²-5y+14

=10y²-y²-7y-5y-153+14

=9y²-12y-139

so that is the answer
