Step-by-step explanation:

Sum of 8/9 & 7/9 = 8+7=15/9

15/9 =5/3

Sum of 2/7 & -3/7 = 2+(-3)

-1/7

Now subtract it

5/3 - (-1)/7

LCM of 3 and 7 =21

now 21÷3=7

21÷7=3

then multiply 7 ×3 &3×7

5×7=35

(-1)×3=(-3)

35- (-3)=38{ Minus &Minus = plus)

38/21 is the answer!!!!
