3. let the fraction be x/y

now,

x+2 =9

y-1 = 2

therefore,

2x+4=9y-9

2x-9y=-13.......(1)

also,

2x+1= 5

y

5y= 2x+1

2x-5y=-1........(2)

now

subtracting (2) from (1),

2x-9y=-13

-2x+5y=1

-4y=-12

y=-12/-4=12/4=3

substituting value of y in (2)

2x-5y=-1

2x-15=-1

2x=14

x=14/2=7

therefore

fraction = 7/3

just do the rest like the one above❤☺
