TO SUBTRACT THE FRACTIONS WE SHOULD MAKE ALL DENOMINATOR EQUAL

 \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{5}{8}

LCM OF 4&8 is 8

 \frac{3}{4}   \times   \frac{2}{2}  -  \frac{5}{8}  \times  \frac{1}{1}

 =  \frac{6 - 5}{8}

 \frac{1}{8}

  = \frac{3}{4}   -   \frac{5}{8}  \\  \\  = lets \: take \: lcm \: of \: 4 \: and \: 8 \\  = lcm \: is \: 8 \\  \\  =  \frac{3 \times 2 - 5 \times 1}{8}  \\  \\  =  \frac{6 - 5}{8}  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{8}  \\  \\  \\ \: hence \: its \: solved
